Struggling with thumb and wrist pain, clicking and aching while gripping?
Most thumb and wrist products only do one thing. A rigid splint locks your whole hand, a glove holds nothing, a cheap spica rubs the knuckle raw — and none of them hold the joint while you use your hand.
The Resilea Stabilizer helps with:
Why is the Resilea™ Stabilizer Special?
Forget rigid splints, compression gloves and bulky braces that lock your whole hand. The Stabilizer is specifically made for support and recovery.
Relief in Minutes
Relieve the ache, click and strain at the base of your thumb — right where gripping hits hardest.
Stop the Grinding
Keeps the thumb joint from sliding and rubbing against itself, reducing the ache and click, so your hand moves freely all day.
Precision Where It Matters
Two curved support stays sit either side of the base of your thumb — where the CMC joint slides out of place — so every hour of wear counts.
Custom-Like Fit
Three straps you adjust on their own, for either hand, designed to hold snug day and night without slipping or cutting circulation.
Why is the Stabilizer Special?
Forget Velcro that quits after a month. The Stabilizer is specifically made for comfort and support — day or night.

What Real Customers Are Saying
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I wear it during the day?
Can I wear it during the day?
Yes — that's what it's built for. It holds the joint at the base of your thumb without locking the hand, so you can type, grip, cook, craft or carry your baby with it on. Plenty of people wear it right through the workday.
Can I wear a single brace on either hand?
Can I wear a single brace on either hand?
Yes. It fits your left or right hand. Many customers order two so they have one for each hand, or one for the day and one kept by the bed for sleep.
Can I sleep in it?
Can I sleep in it?
Yes, and most customers do. It's the thinnest stabilizer we've found that still holds the joint, so it stops you bending the thumb in your sleep — which is when most people re-strain it. The biggest difference most notice is how their thumb feels in the morning.
How tight should it be?
How tight should it be?
Snug, not tight. Tighten the wrist strap first, then the palm strap, then the thumb strap last. You should be able to slide one finger under the wrist strap. If your fingertips tingle or change colour, loosen it.
How much support does it give?
How much support does it give?
Firm, not rigid. It holds the thumb and wrist still enough for the joint to rest, while leaving your fingers free. If you need total immobilization after surgery or a fresh fracture, follow what your surgeon has told you.
What if I order the wrong size?
What if I order the wrong size?
It happens. Send it back and we'll get the right size out to you right away.
Can I order a pack in different sizes?
Can I order a pack in different sizes?
Yes. On multi-packs you can choose a different size for each brace — useful if you're ordering for two people, or if one hand is more swollen than the other.
How do I clean it?
How do I clean it?
Close the Velcro straps first, then hand wash in cool water with mild soap, or put it in a mesh bag on a gentle machine cycle. Air dry flat, away from direct heat — that's what keeps the stays and the Velcro like new.
